JCT publishes tracked-change edition of its contracts

JCT has published an edition of its 2005 suite of contracts with tracked changes highlighting all the changes that will appear in its forthcoming 2011 edition. The aim is to ensure professional advisers are briefed about the changes and able to effectively brief their clients (employers, contractors and sub-contractors) in advance of the ‘Local Economic Development & Construction Act 2009’ coming into force on 1 October.
