Mace reaches new heights at CityPoint in London

MACE
Mace is continuing its association with the CityPoint building in London with a construction-management contract for the offices of Macquarie Bank. Mace managed the fit out of law firm Simmons & Simmons in 2000. Gareth Lewis, a director of Mace, says, ‘We’re delighted to be putting our expertise into CityPoint again. This contract means that we will have construction-managed the redevelopment of over 60% of this prestigious block.’ Having completed the fit out of the first 17 floors, Mace will now fit out a further six floors, including dealer floors, general offices, kitchens and executive suites, all to a demanding fast-track programme. Mace will also manage the relocation of staff currently working on three of these floors.
