Vaillant gets social

Vaillant, boiler, heat pump

Vaillant has launched its own Facebook and Twitter pages and YouTube channel. The aim is to keep customers up to date with company news — from new-product launches and service improvements, through to events, informative videos and company promotions.

Commercial director Dave Lacey explains, ‘One of the key reasons for doing this is the fact that the way people want information and how they are communicating is changing. It also gives our customers the chance to give comments and provide us with feedback — something that is invaluable in helping the business to continue to move forward.’
