JCA wins major new maintenance contract

JCA Maintenance has secured a new contract with James Andrew RSW at the prestigious Beaufort House building in the City of London. Beaufort House comprises several blue-chip businesses and requires high standards of service and maintenance.

Paul Lewis, director of JCA Maintenance, said, ‘This is an extremely important contract for us. We already have vast experience in delivering high-quality support services, and now we have the opportunity to provide best practice and high-value engineering to Beaufort House.’

This 12-storey office building was developed in the late 1980s and comprises over 37 000 m2 of office and retail accommodation.
