Jasun Filtration has developed a grease filter with a stainless-steel frame to match extraction canopies in commercial kitchens and food-preparation establishments. Available in brushed and mirror image options, these filters are available in sizes to fit most extraction canopies and flame guards. Grease is separated from the air stream and collected in troughs. They are easily removed for quick cleaning, and the low-profile design means there is less interior hood space to be cleaned.
