Ener-G opens R&D centre

Sustainable-energy group Ener-G has opened its new R&D centre in Salford. Group chairman Tim Scott (pictured) opened the centre, which is next to the company’s global headquarters. He said, ‘We are investing more than £1 million a year in research and development to ensure that Ener-G continues to be a global leader in clean technology — producing innovative world-class products that reduce cost and carbon.’

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
