Air conditioning is on the menu in Italian restaurant

Delivery energy-efficient air conditioning and avoiding excessive swings in temperature for the Simply Italian restaurant in Eastbourne are inverter-controlled ceiling cassettes installed by Aspen Air Conditioning
When Simply Italian extended and refurbished its restaurant at Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne to 130 seats, Aspen Air Conditioning was called in by shop fitter Booker & Best to provide the air conditioning. The refurbishment project was tightly organised into a 2-month, low-season closure. Before the refurbishment, the restaurant had just one air-conditioning cassette with no direct fresh air. Aspen chose two Mitsubishi inverter ceiling cassettes to provide comfort cooling throughout the 300 m2 restaurant area. They were adjusted to provide a customised airflow. Compared with units without inverters, these cassettes consume 30% less energy and match cooling requirements more accurately, increasing comfort by avoiding excessive swings in temperature.
