TEM works to improve energy efficiency for The Crown Estate

Energy and sustainability consultant TEM has been commissioned by BNP Paribas Real Estate to implement a comprehensive energy-management service covering The Crown Estate’s St James’s portfolio.

Andy Goodall, regional facilities manager with BNP, says, ‘By working with TEM we have been able to take a consistent approach to energy management and now have a much greater understanding of the buildings we manage. In addition, this approach has allowed us to devise site-specific plans to better manager and reduce energy consumption across the entire portfolio.’
