Air filter reduces energy and maintenance costs

Nationwide Filter Company, air filter

Nationwide Filter Company is enjoying growing business from users of air filters switching over to its Bacticell air filter cartridges — with benefits beyond those of conventional bag filters. Benefits include longer life, up to 30% less fan energy, less waste and a Class A energy rating under the new test regime and guidance on the energy classification of air filers.

The housing for these filters can be reused, reducing the costs of waste disposal. Replaceable filter cells are also less costly to transport. The lower energy consumption is due to increased filtration area.

A standard depth allows for space saving when AHUs are designed.
