Your chance to test drive talent

SummitSkills is looking for businesses to provide work experience for high achievers on college courses for qualifications in building-services engineering. Placements can last from 10 to 20 days as a single block of time or spread over several weeks.

Keith Marshall, chief executive of SummitSkills, explains that advice and support will be provided to reduce concerns companies might have about offering work placements. He says, ‘Offering this kind of work experience sends a positive message to your staff and customers about the values of your organisation. We hope that many businesses will recognise these benefits and be willing to take part.’
