Honeywell joins new Re:Fit framework

Honeywell has been appointed to the Mayor of London’s recently enhanced Re:Fit framework, which is designed to provide public-sector organisations with a streamlined, EU-regulation-compliant process for the procurement of energy services. Barry Hurst, business-development manager for Honeywell Building Solutions, says, ‘Honeywell is a leading global provider of energy-efficiency solutions. Re:Fit helps us to showcase our expertise and our experience in energy-performance contracting with the public sector.’

Honeywell has participated in the Re:Fit programme since its inception in 2008. The programme already generates of £2 million of energy savings a year. The new framework simplifies the tendering process and increases the range of funding available to public entities.
