The Chilled Beams & Ceilings Association has prepared a free technical document covering thermal comfort. Available as a free download from the CBCA section of FETA web site, it considers thermal comfort in accordance with British Standard BS EN ISO 7730 ‘Ergonomics of the thermal environment’.

The CBCA is part of the HEVAC group of FETA, which should help you find the guide.
