Interserve renews Home Office FM contract

Interserve has had the option to extend its £40 million total-facilities-management contract with the Home Office taken up for a further two years. The extension reflects the partnership that has developed since Interserve started delivering facilities services in 2008. The contract also provides support for the National Offender Management Service, the National Probation Service, UK Border Agency and the College of Policing — among others.
