Castle Building Services wins two major contracts

Castle Building Services has won two projects in the north east of England with a combined value of £5 million. One of the projects is the transformation of Newcastle Central Station. The other is a new headquarters building for Durham Constabulary at Aykley Heads.

The police project has high-specification and natural-ventilation requirements, so Castle will deliver the scheme using details 3D modelling and co-ordination, coupled with prefabricated building-services modules and plantroom facilities.

The company was established 12 years ago and employs 100 staff in its head office at Hebburn and sites in the north east, Scotland and Manchester.
