Durkan secures major residential contracts

Hilton’s Wharf in Greenwich is one of six major contracts with a combined value of £62 million won by Durkan. This £12.5 million scheme is a residential-led mixed-use development design using BIM. It will provide 85 apartments, three live/work units and commercial space.

It is a mixed-tenure project with 21 affordable units, 13 homes for rent and eight for shared ownership. The plans include solar panels to achieve Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
