Non-return valves added to BSS’s Boss range
BSS Industrial’s Boss 11XS range of non-return valves includes single and double non-return valves for use on chilled-water, heating, potable water and hot- and cold-water services in commercial and industrial applications. Both models are spring loaded and axially guided with a resilient sealing mechanism.
There are eight sizes up to 250 mm for operating at pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures up to 95°C. They have a UK-made cast-iron body and WRAS approval.
Dave Broughton, national sales manager of Boss Valves, comments, ‘Given the costly consequences of non-return valve failure, we thought it was important to offer the market a robust and highly durable option to significantly improve reliability in these types of applications.
