Horizontal multi-stage pumps from Xylem

Xylem, multi-stage pump

Xylem Water Solutions’ e-HM series of energy-efficient stainless-steel horizontal multi-stage pumps is suitable for commercial, industrial, residential and OEM applications. This range is based on the same hydraulic design as the vertical multi-stage e-SV series and has the added ability to improve hydraulic efficiency by 22% to a total of 72%. These pumps are claimed to have a hydraulic efficiency about 13% more than similar units from other manufacturers.

There are two distinct designs. The version with a single-piece stainless-steel pump body is suited for low pressure and flow. The sleeve design is applicable for high flow and pressure.

These pumps can be fitted with a Noryl impeller or 304 or 316 stainless-steel impellers.

The range has an average operational life of at least 20 000 h in normal conditions and requires minimal maintenance.

There are 36 models with flows from 1 to 29 m3/h. Maximum operating conditions are 16 bar and 120°C. All models use IE3 motors as standard and are available with a variable-speed drive.
