Preventing condensation on air-conditioning pumps

The anti-condensation solution for Wilo pumps — Wilo-ClimaForm.

Prefabricated shells to prevent condensation on the housings of pumps in cold-water applications such as air conditioning are now offered by Wilo (UK). Wilo-ClimaForm is available as a standard accessory for the Stratos and TOP-S series of pumps. It is made from the flexible elastomer AF/Armaflex and is extremely resistant to water-vapour diffusion. It can cope with circulating liquids from –20 to +105°C. These casings precisely match the geometry of the pump housings, minimising the amount of enclosed air and moisture. All connecting screws of the motor and pump housing remain fully and easily accessible.
