The best way to joint pipework

Pegler Yorkshire, pipework, pipe, jointing, push fit, pressfitting

Pegler Yorkshire has developed an online selector tool to enable installers and contractors to identify the most effective method to join pipework in any given situation. Called Insight, it requires three simple stages of search and selection (type of project, application and pipework system).

Depending on the project application and needs, some jointing methods will perform far better than others and be quicker and easier to install. For example, push-fit and press-fit jointing products offer a myriad of benefits when utilised in different applications. Consideration is given to the situation of the pipework, the confines that may affect it and the application involved — gas. solar, heating and hot or potable water.
