Carrier AquaSnap chiller has greater intelligence

Carrier, AquaSnap, chiller, air conditioning

Carrier’s AquaSnap 30RBP chiller incorporates Greenspeed intelligence, which makes possible higher efficiency and optimised performance. Other features include enhanced scroll compressors that are designed for better full-load efficiency at the operating point of these air-cooled chillers.

High-efficiency variable-speed condenser fans provide an ideal fan-operating sequence for optimal airflow across the condenser, supporting higher efficiency at part load. ESEER (European seasonal energy efficiency ratio) is up to 4.3.

New operating software is designed to optimise the use of compressor, fans and circuits. The software constantly calculates the most efficient fan speed and flow of chilled water based on the load and ambient conditions; it controls them precisely through continuous feedback and adjustment.
