Tuffin Ferraby Taylor acquires Wye Solutions

M&E consulting engineers Wye Solutions has been acquired by Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (TFT), an independent building and property consultancy. The acquisition will enhance TFT’s current mechanical-and-electrical offering by also adding M&E design capability and facilities management.

Wye Solutions is based in Bristol and will move to TFT’s office in Queen Square. Its high-profile clients include Siemens, Highcross Strategic Advisers and Ashdown Phillips.

The practice has a strong reputation and significant expertise in technical due diligence and dilapidations.
