Small-scale VRF air-conditioning offers high performance

VRF
LG’s Multi FDX mini-VRF air-conditioning system can consist of up to nine indoor units.
A mini-VRF air-conditioning system from LG can provide smaller sites with all the benefits of comfort and flexibility in system design and energy savings normally confined to larger systems. The Multi FDX is described as the next generation of multi-split air-conditioning systems. Several indoor units can be linked to an outdoor unit. 1250 combinations are possible using three outdoor units and nine indoor units with cooling capacities from 2.1 to 10.5 kW. Indoor units can be any mixture of Art Cool, wall mounts, cassette, ducted and convertible. This system uses the MPS inverter, which uses one high-efficiency constant-speed compressor and a DC inverter compressor for energy savings. The Jet Cool feature on some indoor units provides rapid cooling by blowing in cold air at high speed for 30 minutes until the room temperature falls to 18°C. The NanoPlasma air-purifying system is also available, which comprises separate anti-fungus, electrostatic and deodorising filters.
