Collateral warranty for design and build

CIC has published a new form of collateral warranty. It is for use with design-and-build contracts, where a collateral warranty is to be given by a consultant that has been employed throughout by a design-and-build contract, to the contractor’s employer. It costs £10 and is only published in electronic format as a pdf file.
