Smith’s Fan Convectors’ Space Saver hydronic plinth heater is now available to fit 80 mm plinths. The SS80 kitchen heater is said to be the only plinth heater available in Europe that fits IKEA-style 80 mm plinth heights. These heaters work off any wet central-heating system and can be used to replace a radiator.

SS80 is suitable for heating rooms up to 24 m3 and could provide an alternative heating solution for bathrooms and office furniture with plinths.
