Broag further enhances its boiler range

Outputs from 8 to 200 kW are provided by the Remeha Gas 210 Eco range of boilers from Broag.
Broag has launched an enhanced Mark II range of its Remeha Gas 210 Eco boilers. There are four models of these floor-standing boilers with maximum outputs from 80 to 200 kW. Pre-mix combustion enables all these boilers to modulate down to 10% of full output. Features include intelligent controls, sectional cast-aluminium heat exchanger and newly developed IMS gas/oil ratio control. The instrument panel can be fitted with a Rematic controller to provide optimised control and fully modulated weather compensation. An output of 200 kW can be provided from just 0.5 m2 of floor space. These boilers are supplied completely assembled and preset for conventional or concentric room-sealed flue systems.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government

The government could tighten up the rules that restrict the use of global warming refrigerant gases including speeding up phase-out programmes and introducing new bans, according to a spokesman from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA).
