Questions about new apprenticeship answered

A helpline for questions about the electro-technical trailblazer apprenticeship has been opened by SummitSkills, the standard-setting organisation for building-services engineering. This apprenticeship standard was launched in 2015 following consultation with industry employers.

In addition to the helpline (tel. 020 7313 4897) the SummitSkills web site includes a list of frequently-asked questions linked to the apprenticeship.

Nigel Hollett, chief executive of SummitSkills, says, ‘For many years SummitSkills has been the first port of call for training providers and employers with queries on apprenticeship frameworks and certification, so this new role is an extension of that activity and one in which we’re well-versed.’
