Scotland’s largest hospital is Viessmann’s largest project

Viessmann
Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, built under a PFI contract, has its heating and hot-water loads served by four Viessmann Vitomax boilers. They deliver, in total, 14 000 kW and form the largest installation of Viessmann boilers in the UK. This hospital is one of the largest and most modern in the country and has 24 operating theatres, 870 beds and 5000 staff. The installation was carried out by Haden Young (Scotland).

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
