Women in RACHP Network to host recruitment event with BBC’s The Apprentice finalist

The IOR Women in RACHP Network will be hosting an online event on 4 March dedicated to apprenticeships and recruitment with BBC’s The Apprentice 2019 Finalist Scarlett Allen-Horton. 

 A top-performing International Executive Search Recruiter, Scarlett, who is passionate about championing equality in the workplace, will be sharing her tips on how to attract workers from diverse backgrounds as well as her advice for anyone starting in the refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump (RACHP) industry. The session will also include advice for employers who are considering taking on apprentices and both organisations and apprentices will share their experience of this route into the industry.

More refrigerant bans possible, says government
