Software gives costs and performance information to facilities managers

TAC Satchwell has launched a range of software modules to deliver essential information on the cost and performance of a building by providing systematic facilities information at all levels of operation. Vista FM uses real-time information to enable the user to track budgets across organisations and buildings, respond to and manage service calls, view and manage energy consumption, handle work orders for suppliers and contractors, analyse trends, set targets and develop strategic plans for optimum building performance and cost. Stored on a common database, Vista FM modules can be used stand-alone or integrated for greater reporting power across departments and functions. A customised interface makes the software easy and intuitive to use, and data can be presented in tailored reports designed for each level of user.
