LG has added new colours, finishes and other features and benefits to its Art Cool range of air-conditioning units. Behind the slim profile and clean lines of Art Cool Wide, Mirror and Standard are efficient, effective and advanced air-conditioning units. New finishes range from subdued pastels and naturals to striking shades of blue and red to provide even more design freedom. Tony Gittings, general manager of LG Air Conditioning, says, ‘Art Cool has all-round appeal. For the contractors who require ease of installation, technical support and advice; specifiers who are looking for clear information and total solutions; property managers who need cost efficiency and total control; end users who want to feel at ease, wherever they may be — home, office, hotel etc.’ Among Art Cool’s technical features is Jet Cool to bring the temperature down to 18°C in less than 30 minutes, Nano Plasma air-purifying system which is said to be six times more efficient than a normal carbon filter, an open structured microscopic particle filter to provide effective deodorisation and a self-diagnostic program with error codes to indicate problems. All units come with infra-red remote-control unit.
