Inverter split systems feature air purification

Axair
Sharp Plasmamaster inverter split air-conditioning system are now available from Axair Climate.
Sharp’s Plasmacluster Eco Inverter split-system air-conditioning units are now available from Axair Climate. These units combine advanced air purification and very efficient cooling and heating. They achieve a COP of 4.12 and have Class A energy labelling. They are said to be up to 45% more efficient than standard air conditioners and 16% more efficient than standard inverter models. The refrigerant is R410A and cooling capacities range from 2.1 to 6.7 kW. A peak-control switch enables all units to be connected to a 13 A power supply. Plasmacluster air treatment disperses ions into the air to deactivate airborne moulds and viruses, as well as airborne allergens. These ions are said to be effective against harmful substances contained in cigarette smoke. response@axairclimate.co.uk
