The popular Waveline luminaire from Ridi Lighting is now available with a polycarbonate lens to provide impact resistance and fire retardance.
Ridi’s shallow-profile T5 Waveline diffuser luminaire is now available with a polycarbonate reeded lens, adding impact resistance and fire retardance to its qualities. Mike Attard, managing director of Ridi Lighting, says, ‘The Waveline is becoming one of our most successful luminaires. It is hugely popular within the public sector, and the addition of the polycarbonate diffuser will further enhance its appeal for lighting designers and specifiers working in these important sectors.’ This vandal-resistant diffuser is available in reeded prismatic or soft-effect white opal. It is designed to distribute an upward light element to add visual interest and prevent the oppressive effect of a darkened ceiling. Waveline has a 60 mm body profile and can be mounted on the ceiling, semi-recessed or suspended by wires. They use one or two T5 lamps, and a 3-hour integral emergency option is available.
