Fluorescent fittings provide alternative to discharge lighting

Linergy
The fluorescent alternative to discharge lighting — Crompton’s Linergy fittings use T5 fluorescent lamps.
An alternative to discharge lighting for high-bay and low-bay lighting in retail, industrial and sports-hall applications is provided by the Crompton Linergy T5 luminaire using T5 fluorescent lamps. Benefits include instant illumination, excellent colour rendering, appearance and emergency lighting. Linergy lighting is very efficient and has a light-output ratio of 97% due to the use of 54 W T5 fluorescent lamps. These fittings have high-frequency control gear and four or six lamps. By removing a link on the terminal block during installation, luminaires can be configured for separate switching of pairs of lamps, enabling different light levels to be provided for different activities. The 6-lamp model can have two, four or six lamps on; the 4-lamp model can have two or four lamps on. Linergy can be specified with an integrated emergency conversion with 3 h duration. Self-testing emergency versions are also available. info@cooper-ls.com
