Modular Heating Group moves to new premises

Bringing Modular Heating Group’s businesses in radiators, boilers and water heating under one roof is this purpose built 4000 m2 building.

Modular Heating Group has moved to new 4000 m2 purpose-built premises in Southfields, Basildon. The new premises provide offices, warehouse and distribution centre for the company’s MHS brands of designer radiators and commercial boilers. The move brings together the operation from both the previous sites in Basildon and capitalises on the company’s phenomenal trading success in recent years — driven by the increased popularity of designer radiators and energy-efficient boilers and water heaters. Managing director Ian Bradley says, ‘Everyone at MHS has worked so hard over many years to deliver the kind of success we’re enjoying now.
