Keston Boilers is bought by Caradon Plumbing

Caradon Plumbing has bought Keston Boilers, an early pioneer in the market for domestic and commercial high-efficiency, low-emission condensing boilers. Corporate advisor firm Nash Fitzwilliams advised on the sale to Caradon, which produces Ideal boilers and Stelrad radiators. Keston Boilers was established in 1993 and is also an early adopter of off-site prefabrication techniques with the production of bespoke prefabricated rigs. Nick Stevenson, managing director of Keston, said, ‘We are delighted at the purchase of Keston By Caradon are are looking forward to the benefits that being part of Caradon will play.’
