Contractors join in Oxford to Cambridge cycle ride

Cyclists
Briggs & Forrester has added to its range of charity fund raising with a team of 11 cyclists participating in the ride from Oxford to Cambridge for the British Heart Foundation. This firm of building-services engineers has presented over £60 000 to various organisations over the last five years. The team set off from Oxford in pouring rain at 7.20 a.m. on 24 September, travelling the quiet roads through Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire to reach Cambridge six hours and 85 miles later. Over £3000 was raised, and the team members have all pledged to continue their training ready for next year.
