New-generation lighting control offers greater value

TridonicAtco
Fifth-generation lighting control from TridonicAtco offers outstanding price/performance ratio.
An outstanding price/performance ratio is claimed for the fifth generation of digital, dimmable lighting controls from TridonicAtco. The PCA T5 ECO lp range combines DSI technology, switchDIM and intelligent protection mechanism in a plug-and-play solution. New technical refinements include protection against both high and low mains voltage and thermal damage. This intelligence protects the electronic control gear from damage if it is operated outside its specifications — such as ambient temperatures below -25°C or lamp cables being too long. Preheat times for T5 lamps are 0.5 s, and they can be dimmed to 1% of full output. Even 49 W lamps can be operated under the best-possible conditions using ‘smart heating’ to control filament heating, increasing lamp life and reducing the connected load by reducing the heating of filaments.
