Floor-standing cast-iron boilers for commercial replacement market

Vaillant’s Atmocraft range of floor-standing cast-iron boilers are aimed at the commercial replacement market.
A range of floor-standing atmospheric boilers aimed at the commercial replacement market has been introduced by Vaillant Applied Systems. There are eight models in the Atmocraft series with closely spaced outputs from 65 to 165 kW. They are compatible with Vaillant control systems, BEMSs and other external control systems for single- and multiple-boiler installations. All models have a Class 5, low NOx atmospheric burner in a sealed combustion chamber, which is rare for an atmospheric boiler. The cast-iron sectional heat exchangers are rated at 3 bar. Hot-water and central-heating temperatures are adjustable. Vaillant’s VRC 410s weather-compensating control is also available. There is an integral draught diverter with an automatic flue damper that adjusts to burner demand and closes when the burner is off to reduce standing losses.
