PSB’s good-practice guide to impulse ventilation, which has dramatically reduced the damage by fire in two incidents, has been made available.

PSB-UK has released its much-requested ‘Good practice guide to the use and application of impulse ventilation’. The guide deals with the ventilation of underground car parks using impulse-ventilation systems. The guide covers current regulations and how such systems can control smoke in the event of a fire — a situation that has twice been successfully dealt with by PSB impulse ventilation systems.
