Balfour Kilpatrick wins major contract in Birmingham

Balfour Kilpatrick has been awarded a £5 million contract by Sir Robert McAlpine for the design and installation the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for an office block in Birmingham city centre. BK is due to start on site in September with a 12-month programme. Pre-planning is well under way. The ultimate client is Forty Five Church Street Ltd, backed by Standard Life. The client’s M&E consultant is Hoare Lea & Partners.
