Volution acquires Manrose

Manrose Manufacturing, which makes domestic ventilation fans and equipment, has been acquired by Vent-Axia’s holding company Volution Holdings. Robert Belcher, founder and owner of Manrose, said that although he was leaving the business, he was extremely happy to hand it over to a ventilation business of the ability of Volution. He said, ‘The Manrose business has grown impressively over recent years, and this is now the time to see it move into its next stage of development.’ Kevin Sargeant, chief executive of Volution Holdings, said, ‘It has been our stated intention to invest further in the UK and, indeed, north European ventilation business. Manrose is an absolute fit for us, bringing with it expertise in the high-volume residential fan sector of the market and complementing the Vent-Axia commercial and industrial products and the Torin-Sifan OEM fans.’
