Skerritt is to start work in the Autumn on various M&E contracts on the Jubilee Campus at the University of Nottingham
Building-services contractor Skerritt is to start work on a £3.5 million contract on the Jubilee Campus at the University of Nottingham in the Autumn. The company will be responsible for mechanical and electrical services on behalf of SOL Construction — including air-delivery systems, ventilation and heating systems. The contract includes work on International House, which houses the Centre for English Language Education, the Institute for Work Health & Organisation, the China Policy Unit and the International Office. Skerritt will also be working on the new amenity building, which will house a fitness centre, residential en-suite accommodation, multi-faith prayers rooms and a private dining area. Work will also start on the new Gateway building, which will include a demonstration and business-support area.
