Plate heat exchangers generate domestic hot water from steam

stokvis
Steam to instantaneous domestic hot water is provided by plate-heat-exchanger units from Stokvis.
A site’s steam supply can be used to provide almost instantaneous hot water using the latest Stokvis steam-to-water packaged plate heat exchangers. There is a choice of 27 units to provide up to 850 l/h of hot water. The units have two fast-acting electro-mechanical safety valves to provide a very high level of inherent safety, including immediate shutdown if the power supply fails or a remote, independent thermostat indicates overheating. Unlike hot-water storage units, these plate heat exchangers do not require stripping down annually for inspection.
