Descaling unit for larger systems

kamco
With a capacity of 200 litres, this descaling unit from Kamco can be used to service larger plant and systems.
Kamco’s Scalebreaker C230 tank-mounted pump can descale larger calorifiers, boilers, cooling towers and heating systems. Calorifiers can be cleaned to remove scale and debris, which would otherwise reduce efficiency, and legionella and other bacteria screened from the effects of biocide treatments. Other applications are acid washing package boilers and descaling large plate and tube heat exchangers without having to dismantle them. The acid-resistant pump is mounted on a 200 litre tank and comes with flow and return hoses and flow-reversal device for faster descaling. The pump delivers a flow of 200 l/min with a 24 m head to ensure vigorous and turbulent movement of conventional descaling solutions, biocides and hypochlorite solutions when used for sterilising systems.
