Airflow sets new standards in fan design

Airflow
The smartest fan around — the Icon range from Airflow Developments offers numerous installation and operational benefits.
Design style, ease of installation and performance are billed as the main features of the Icon range of domestic ventilation fans introduced by Airflow Developments. These fans incorporate an iris shutter that prevents back draughts and helps reduce noise from the outside. They can be wall and ceiling recessed mounted. Two versions come with a stylish, narrow-contour surface-mounting kit. The Icon 15 axial fan can be ducted for short runs. The Icon 30 and 60 mixed centrifugal/axial flow technology can be used with longer duct runs. A range of interchangeable control modules can be used with any Icon fan, so that many applications can be satisfied from a stock comprising a basic selection of fans and low-cost control modules. Speed and ease of installation is aided by a a ‘twist-to-fit’ cover and cantilever lugs, which enable installation on uneven surfaces. The Icon 15 and 30 models are available in low-energy, low-power versions that are suitable for installation in bathrooms and showers.
