Vent-Axia is firmly on the school syllabus

Vent-Axia
As part of a comprehensive single-source contract, Vent-Axia has supplied fans and air-handling equipment at a new school in Crawley
Vent-Axia’s capability as a comprehensive single source for fans, air-handling modules and accessories has led to the company’s equipment being specified and installed in the new Maidenbower Secondary School in Crawley, West Sussex. It is the first of three similar projects for new schools in the area, the others being Ifield and Thomas Bennett. Four VAV air-handling units were craned into position to provide high-quality ventilation for the assembly hall, drama studio, music room and kitchens. 20 RBH400-18 roof-mounted extract fans provide general ventilation for classrooms. The single-source responsibility simplified specification and procurement. HGB Construction was the main contractor, with Over Arup as consulting engineer.
