Wylex has produced a guide explaining how to choose the right consumer unit to deal with the changes affecting RCD protection in domestic and residential installations. A guidance leaflet shows the outgoing configuration of all relevant consumer units available. It includes a new high-integrity dual RCD split-load unit, using two RCD protected sections with outgoing ways dedicated for high-integrity circuits using 30 mA RCBOs. A dual RCD split-load unit is also available.
