Drives and motors

ABB’s 2008 issue of its drives and motors catalogue runs to 44 pages and provides technical details of its range of low-voltage AC drives from 180 W to 2800 kW and motors from 60 W to 710 kW. It also presents ABB’s range of DC and medium-voltage AC drives. The catalogue also lists all ABB’s drives alliance and motor service partners. New products include an entry-level component drive, the ACS55, which supports the DriveConfig PC tool that enables machine builders to configure drives without powering them up.
