It also highlights some of the key regulatory issues that are affecting engineering and Building Regulations. The CD explores and explains key areas and issues such as the Kyoto Agreement, EU Directives (including ECO-Design), the Government White Paper on a low-carbon economy, Building Regulations (particularly the Approved Document L relating to the conversion of fuel and power) and Approved Document F relating to ventilation and condensation in roofs.
