Dalkia has reinforced its position in public-sector property manager by retaining its contract with the Welsh Assembly Government. This contract will allow Dalkia to provide flexible and effective services to the WAG, building on its long-term relationship with the Welsh regional government. The renewal of this contract maintains a successful partnership stretching back over 10 years. Dalkia’s remit has extended gradually from the management of the original 30 buildings to the control of an evolving estate that now comprises 90 buildings.
